ISSUE:Frontier Produce, a regional supplier of fresh fruits and vegetables needed an effective clean insulation that would reduce the load on the A/C unit and would not reduce truckload space.

SOLUTION:Nansulate® PT coated onto the interior walls and roof provided effective insulation and also reduced condensation and provided mold resistance. In addition, Nansulate® High Heat was used on the exterior exhaust (which was directly under the bottom of the truck interior) to reduce the amount of heat come up through the floor.
