Nansulate EPX best epoxy system

Patented Technology

Nansulate® EPX - with the Power of Four

High Performance Water Based Epoxy System that Combines:

Thermal Insulation
Flame Resistance
Corrosion Resistance
Chemical Resistance

Uses

Underground Pipeline Insulation
Nansulate EPX as Pipeline Insulation
Nansulate® EPX can be used on above ground or underground pipelines to provide both insulation and corrosion resistance. It can eliminate the need for the primer, exterior wrapping and cathodic protection.
Nansulate® EPX is not subject to moisture infiltration like polyurethane and similar materials. Underground pipelines are protected from corrosion under insulation.
Nansulate Epoxy on Steam PIpe
Nansulate EPX on dye machine
Nansulate® EPX is an excellent protection for steam pipes. It will reduce surface temperature for personnel safety while reducing heat loss and protecting pipes from corrosion. Nansulate® EPX is an effective solution for textile equipment, such as dyeing machines, to reduce enegy waste, save money, and cause heat process to run more efficiently.
EPX for Petrochemical Tanks
Nansulate EPX Heat Exchanger Insulation
Nansulate® EPX provides an excellent insulation for petrochemical tanks, methanol tanks, sugar tanks and other large industrial processing tanks. The chemical and flame resistance properties offer industry leading protection of assets. Nansulate® EPX high heat coating greatly reduces heat loss from heat exchangers, providing hundreds of thousands of dollars in enegy savings for large energy users.

Nansulate EPX Debut at Textile Equipment Exhibition

Nansulate® EPX Is the Star of the Show at the 25th International Textile Machinery Expo

Dr. Vedat Bilgin of Kolorgen Ltd reports...

"At the exhibition, people were amazed to see a 140°C (252°F) temperature difference with just a 6 millimeter thickness of EPX. The hot plate temperature was 200°C (392°F) and the surface temperature of the thin metal panel coated with Nansulate EPX and placed on it was less than 60°C (140°F). The performance of EPX is beyond belief! The higher temperature stability of EPX opens up higher temperature (application) using markets such as glass, ceramic, cement, petrochemicals, etc. I personally believe that we can decrease the world's energy demand significantly, just by using Nansulate, wherever applicable. You really have great minds over there."
